Our current project portfolio

includes a number of IPARD-supported operations, and our advisory pipeline is increasingly focused on regional scalability, circular bioeconomy practices, and export readiness—particularly toward EU. Projects implemented under IPARD II and IPARD III have encompassed comprehensive investments in the reconstruction of existing facilities and the construction of new production and processing units, as well as the integration of state-of-the-art equipment within primary agricultural production. In the food-processing sector, the dominant focus has been on the introduction of modern processing lines for fruit, vegetables, milk, and meat. These investments have aimed to significantly improve the profitability and productivity of production processes while ensuring full compliance with EU quality, safety, and traceability standards. To date, Balkan Agro Consult has successfully developed and implemented more than 30 IPARD-funded projects, with a cumulative investment value exceeding €25 million.
